Shipping and Returns

Order Fulfillment

Generally orders will ship out within 1 business day. When your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. Delivery times vary depending on region. For expediting shipping options please contact us.

Late Deliveries

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and shipping rates are nonrefundable if the delivery is late. We are not responsible for carrier delays. If a package has no tracking updates please allow for up to 2 weeks for the package to be delivered. In most cases, the package was not scanned at the origin facility and further updates do not show on the carrier's system until the package is delivered.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Tinybot will offer a replacement if stock is available. If after delivery a package stolen or damaged (ie by pets or weather exposure), Tinybot is not liable and cannot send a replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe location for the package to be delivered to, or receive it directly from the delivery driver.

Delivery and Billing Addresses

When placing your order please ensure your shipping and billing info is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any mistakes that are inputted. Orders with incorrect billing information may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Refunds typically take 2 to 3 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Returns

All sales on cut sizes are final.

Tinybot will only accept a return on full roll orders.

To start a return, email us via our contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Return claims on full rolls must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. All full roll returns are processed with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If the return request is accepted the customer is responsible for returning the item safely packaged in it's original condition, or the item may be subject to a non refund.

For special order full roll purchases there is a nonrefundable $250 fee. This fee will be withheld in addition to the 20% restocking fee for any special order full roll returns.

Special Orders

Are we out of stock of the color you wanted? No problem, you can place a full roll special order for any color in our swatch books. Please note that due to manufacturing times that special orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Due to shipping and operational costs, please note there is a nonrefundable $250 fee for all special orders. Any return request for a full roll special order will have this $250 fee withheld in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
